Summary: A young woman has job interview in the morning. The night before she unfortunately eats spoiled Chinese food for dinner and foolishly drinks a spoiled milkshake for dessert knowing she has a weak stomach. The next day she takes laxatives to get rid of her constipation and heads off for her interview. During the interview the spoiled food along with the laxatives kick in and she is very desperate for the toilet. She has to finish the interview. You can decide if she makes it home or has to use the office restroom.

Summary: A rocklike alien or robot crashes to Earth and explodes into tiny pieces. These pieces can operate independently, like bacteria or nanites, but can't move to reform under their own power. Millennia pass, and the microscopic pieces of the alien are buried by sediment, becoming part of an aquifer (underground reservoir). When the area is settled and the aquifer tapped, the alien particles come to life in the bodies of the people who drink the wellwater. This would probably take place in Feudal Japan or rural America. . Once all of the bits of the alien have been drawn out of the well, there are hundreds of women unknowingly inhabited by these tiny beasties, which then take control of their minds. Some reason can be contrived to explain why the men aren't affected. . Then the particles, all of one mind, execute their plan. First they block any awareness that the hosts have to poop, buying them time to congregate in the colon over a period of days. Then one night the women all receive the inescapable command to walk into a certain field and deposit the living particles there. This epic-scale buddy dumping frees the aliens of their human hosts, beginning the next phase. The women's minds snap back to normal, and the alien particles (and the malleable semisolid medium they're now suspended in) form together into a giant life-form. What this poop golem will do once it's formed is up to the author.

Summary: On a bet with her friends, a junk food addict goes all of Halloween without eating any candy or sweets. She even puts her own spin on the challenge: Her Halloween costume is a bunny (or maybe a Playboy bunny) and she eats nothing but carrots all day. She wins the bet and is a big hit at the Halloween party, and everything turns out great for her...until the next day when she has a tummyache and can't poop. She wrestles with constipation for a while before finally taking a big orange dump. The moral of the story: Carrots are best in moderation.

Summary:

Tomomi Saikyo and Selnia Iori Flameheart are both on their way to take a much needed pee, and wind up arriving at the same bathroom.  When they arrive at the bathroom, they, like always, begin tauting each other and arguing.  This time, however, Tomomi taunts Selnia about her inablility to go without a pee break for too long.  Selnia, angered by Tomomi's taunt, challenges Tomomi to a contest.  From that moment on, neither of them can use the bathroom until classes finished that day, and the fist one to give in and run to the bathroom or wet themselves would be the loser.

Summary: Imagine a female Centaur magically disguised as a human woman. But in this form she still requires the same amount of nourishment as in her true form, and still produces the same amount of waste. This challenge is pretty wide open. Just so long as an unsuspecting person witnesses this "woman" peeing literally like a horse, and that one of her transformations is described (preferably some uncomfortable morphing with limbs splitting apart/melting together and body parts awkwardly reshaping themselves one at a time). Besides that, you can just have fun writing whatever you like. Background info: I don't have any data on imaginary beings, but I can tell you some facts about horses from reliable sources. A typical 1,000 pound horse under normal circumstances drinks 42 liters of water and consumes 27 pounds dry weight per day. It urinates 4 times a day totalling 9 liters, and defecates 9 times a day totalling 37 pounds. However you remix that with human anatomy, the results are going to be remarkable.

Summary:

A young tourist/backpacker comes across a number of cities with some very strange bathroom rituals.

• One town has "wetting rooms" instead of bathrooms where every stall has no toilet—just a fancy carpet to go on.
• Another town has to charge people to use its public facilities—but gives out plain white underwear for free to those who don't or can't make it.
• In yet another town, the local juice bar and the lingerie shop try to drum up business for each other—the models promote the drinks, but the resulting accidents have the women lining up to buy new undies 24/7! 
• Diapers, wetting, and public urination suddenly become very attractive options for the desperate when a town's water main suddenly bursts and the police evacuate everyone from their houses.
• The holding contests are the weekly highlight of one small town's young females. Amateurs are allowed the privacy of diapers and the ability to hold themselves, but real pros have to sit with their legs apart and wet their own, often-customized panties!

Summary:

An invention of Lala's goes haywire at the school and causes all the girls in the school to be desperate for the bathroom.  

The Catch: They all have to go at the same time!  

Some have to pee, some have to poop, some have to do both.  While at first it doesn't seem to be a problem, the lines begin to get longer and longer, which proves to be a problem to Rito's friends who, due to the circumstances of the device's activation, are the last to be affected.  This leaves them a bit of a pickle: hold on and hope to make it through the ridiculously long lines, or leave the school in hopes of finding another place to go.
