Not on such a personal level, at least not in real life. I've met some in AIM, but of course one has to take such encounters with a grain of salt. But I did know some rather open-minded girls back in highschool. One in particular, Samantha, had no problem talking about taking a dump regardless of who was there to hear her. Seriously, in one grade, she comes back from using the lav pass and talks describes passing a "fat swimmer that made a huge splash". And, she appeared to like talking about her ass often..... even taping a sign in art class to it that said "TMBBILI" (Touch my butt, because I like it).

That honestly made me laugh. I know a girl in high-school who has a BIG ass and loves to talk about pooping, claims she likes it. She also claims to have a stack of magazines in her bathroom about a foot high and claims to have at least skimmed through most of them. #sigh# She is fully my type and fully not my type at the same time, its odd. Her bathroom life was open fully and truthfully, I found it hilarious. But shes......not the brightest. She asked me something once and me being the smart ass that I am replied with "every day that ends with Y" It took her the rest of the class to get it. Its was literally one of those "HEY wait a second" moments lol. Personal rule: I don't date bitches with I.Q's under 80, regardless of how cute open or funny she may be. Consider my creativity stimulated! Here's a few thoughts/suggestions.
A bratty rich girl (in an old-fashioned but otherwise realistic setting) has been doing everything she can to get on her governess's (a combination nanny/tutor) nerves. The woman is always strict and highly fastidious, and one day the girl discovers a perfect way to get that "nasty old bat" (she's really 26, but considered "over the hill" because she's still single) worked up: she happens to take a really big dump that clogs the house's only toilet, then deflects the governess's anger by sweetly apologizing for having "done something so unladylike". After it happens two more times, with similarly enjoyable results, she decides to escalate matters by timing her toilet-busting load for right before the governess's own (very regularly) scheduled bowel movement. It works perfectly: governess knocks on the bathroom door just as the girl's huge dump starts coming out, and when she's done the woman is trapped between her disgust at the sight of the poop-filled toilet and her body's own desperation. Afterwards, she scolds the girl (with comical difficulty in describing the problem without using "dirty" words) and declares that the next time that toilet is clogged, there will be consequences. The girl, already hatching a plan, sweetly promises to "do whatever it takes" to avoid that. Then she saves up the biggest dump yet, borrows a diaper from her little sibling/cousin/friend's cousin/whatever, and waits for the perfect opportunity (I'm thinking standing up with governess sitting behind her somehow... maybe a music or singing lesson? Or maybe while she's cleaning a chalkboard, or writing something over and over on a chalkboard as a form of punishment?) Governess sees the slowly descending diaper peeking from beneath the girl's skirts and starts sputtering incoherently. Girl points out that this is exactly what she wanted and hopes it isn't too hard to clean up.
As you can see, I sometimes like to come up with overly complex plot outlines of otherwise simple ideas.

What if the rich girl took big dumps in a chamberpot and them emptied the contents into the toilet?
That would serve to annoy the caretaker, certainly, but then she can no longer plausibly claim that the clog was unintentional. And the initial description did involve a diaper, which becomes harder to work in if we already have the chamberpot as an intermediary receptacle.
I'm still using the chamberpot idea anyway.
Aslo, what clothes would the girl wear? What hair and eye colour does she have and what age is she?
I was thinking petticoats and frilly dresses, to keep with the rest of the setting and avoid her clothes causing unnecessary problems in the important scenes. As for ages, I generally prefer not to specify (to allow more flexibility in how a reader to imagines the character) unless it's important to the plot somehow. Her hair should be unremarkable, so probably brown if it's to be a vaguely western-themed setting, and her eyes are unimportant.
That's real nice and it sounds lke a 19th Century setting.
In my case, I would have some modern clothes for her (camisole tops exposing her navel and mini shorts) and designer shoes, too (high-heeled sandals). She would be a young, teen girl, and also have long, blonde hair, too.
But how does a girl like that get stuck spending all her time cooped up with a nanny/tutor figure? I picked the old-fashioned setting (and I was actually thinking more Edwardian (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Edwardian_era) than 19th-century, btw) because it fits better with the rest of the scenario. Now if you're going with a different type of setting that can work fine, it just takes a little more work to design things such that all the elements make sense together.
So maybe we've got a situation like Solaria (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Solaria) (that's the Asimov planet, not Solaris, the Stanislaw Lem planet), where nobody talks in person if they can help it because all communication is done by videophone-thingies, and as a result there's no nudity taboo because you're only looking at each other remotely anyway. At that point the reader's preconceptions stop working, so you can do basically whatever you want with characters' attitudes and just think up something or other to justify it.

(by which I mean that I...I want those things :kawaii:)
This is really different from what I had in mind, but it sounds fun!
I was thinking of the girl as the innocent one. She doesn't want to cause trouble by clogging the toilet, but she's the victim of her own bottom. When she feels a dump coming on that she knows won't be good for the toilet, she dons a diaper and deposits it in that. Because the misery and shame of messing a diaper is nothing compared to the punishment she was threatened with if she clogs the toilet again.
