Not a bad list. I would suggest revising it a little. Like separate artists who work for Free from ones who expect payment for commissions (or trade if they're into that). Also, should specify their main interests, like how the shota guy is obviously big on shota.
I asked DietShota about female peeing and they said, "I would draw girls! I actually like drawing girls better than boys to be honest, haha."
Still, I think that would be a good way for helping the more discerning members who want to just go "Ok, I'll check the guys who do free work/trade commissions" or "I've got some cash to spare, time to get my dream picture made!"
I put "requests" for the artists who do free requests. There aren't many. I didn't notice any who do trades.
Updated again. Manbabies will draw male pee and diaper pics by request and females by commission only. Elven Dreamer is open to pee and poop art besides diapers but hasn't drawn any yet.
People familiar with Pixiv, H.F. and other sites should share what they know. I really only know my way around Deviantart and Tumblr.

I've stopped looking for artists, and am now just posting info as messages get answered.
