As you can see, this thing is epic. ;D All of Misato's expressions are hilarious, but page one - panel four is the best!
I assume the first panel is a tribute to a well-known shot from early in the anime. There's even a line taken from the famous "Relief and Spying" story at the end. 
The first one has been on S2X's site for a wile. Sort of a different take on the never-finished Rei story and manga.
