Help re-finding a story

I know I read it on here.

There's some kind of witch or something traversing a mountain when she comes across three centaur girls who are harassing a cafe. She spikes their food, causing intestinal duress to two of them, while telling the last one she has to catch every last bit of it on a tray or she'll poison her too
