Given that we've got two fics for it now, it seems appropriate to have a GoT category. Characters I plan to write about:

- Cersei Lannister
- Tyene Sand
- Obara Sand
- Nymeria Sand
- Melisandre
- Ellaria Sand

Other suggestions I've seen include:

- Daenerys Targaryen
- Arya Stark
- Sansa Stark

So I was just wondering: how do people feel about original stories? I know that most people are into fanfics here, specifically anime ones it seems. However, I'm currently working on some fantasy genre stuff, because I'm trying to get better at writing fantasy in general. If I were to post something like that, would people enjoy it?

Just sort of throwing this out there. In a manner of speaking, it is a fanfic, in a similar way to Schizophrenia in that it's not exactly what one would think of as a "fanfic." It involves two neighboring kingdoms, Declan and Chezzin, one of which contains 4 territories, and the other is split into 2 territories. So while it could be thought of as a playing-card "fanfic" or a Chess "fanfic," it doesn't operate according to how these things normally work.

So really, this is two questions:

• how do people feel about original fiction?
• how do people feel about fantasy?

Hopefully someone might find it to tickle their fancy? If not, I'll see what else I can wrangle up. I'd like to start contributing here more often.

Also known as "Uopdates" due to the number of times I accidentally hit "o" while trying to type out "updates." That was quite odd, I must say. This thread is here for two reasons:
1) to put updates up
2) to get feedback
2.5) to stop me from getting lazy/abandoning the projects

So...at the present time I only have one fiction work up, called "Schizophrenia" (defecation/farting/pantypoop). Chapters are linked (and I hope the links work):

As seen, "Fygul Cestemus" is up; upcoming chapter is "The Calm."

If I do any more stories, I'll edit this first post to add their links too. I'm probably not going to link my older stories here that I did under the name FatalDaemon...that would make my lack of writing evolution much too apparent, and plus I can't find them right now.
