Jill Valentine, pretty easily for me. I don't even know most of those girls. I'm not sure if Jill would be in my top five, but definitely in my top ten.

I was never able to pick a top five, but off these, I'd go with Bulma. Ami is close, but Bulma comes out on top. Of course, I'm sure you can guess who #1 would be. ^_^
