The third one I'm pretty sure is on exhentai, at least in one of those Do Not Peep collections.
As for the others, I'm not sure. But I think the one site is only for digital copies, which are those really shitty censored ones. Though you could show the links to the people on Gurochan, since a few guys there have been ordering books to scan.
