from what I can gather, the more she get's hurt, the higher her pee meter goes up, but it also goes up as she does things too, so she gets more and more desperate to pee throughout the fight and at around 2:18 she actually has a special move where she can't hold it in anymore, dunno if it's automatic or manually triggered
