Sorry, I know this thread has already gotten more attention then it deserves, but I can't help adding to it just a little more...
Because I gotta ask, first you say that this person was annoying and you blocked her, then you say that you were having fun and was invoking her, so I guess you were trying to invoke her by blocking her...? And then your solution to said annoying trolling is... for us to do the exact same thing to her. Bit childish don't ya think? You might wanna look into some quotes by Gandhi, especially the one about becoming blind.

The best analogy I can give to this situation is that it's like you were walking with your friends, then stepped in shit as all your friends laughed at you. And instead of just scrapping the shit off and ignoring the situation you tried to laugh with your friends at your own expense. But instead of them finding it funny that you were joking around, you came off as incredibly weird, awkward, and a little pathetic... so your friends turned and kept walking, not caring whether you were with them or not. Sorry if that's a bit harsh, but that's just my opinion.

Sorry to bring back an old thread, but this comic strip seemed promising and I was just wondering if its still on the drawing board. I'm guessing it is since I haven't seen any finished work on S2X's gallery, but I figured it couldn't hurt to ask.

Theme: College Life

Description: Unfortunately it's that time of year again, August is rolling in and September is right around the corner so I thought this would be appropriate. Basically, I'd like to go the same lenient path as the past story contest and give the author free reign as long as the story revolves around college and the dorm life.

For Instance:
- A girl can go away to college and soon find out how the food their doesn't exactly agree with her.
- Or maybe you can follow the life of an overly gassy/toilet destructive (sakura type) character and take pity on whoever is her roommate.
- ... or finally maybe a girl has an overly active bladder and has to try and hide this embarrassing characteristic from her roommate.

... and maybe I'll actually follow through in participating in this one  after I finish the other story I started a while back.

I started up the story but my schedule is pretty packed, and I feel I might need another weekend to finish it... if not I'll still post the story after the 30th I just would like to be part of the contest ... plus I'm sure Jimmy would like to see a little more competition

It's funny that you mention this. Probably going a bit off-topic here, but accessibility is always an issue when running a public board, and true, generally it's got a lot to do with keeping spammers at bay. It's also the most reliable way to control user-content, so you don't get offensive material that would needlessly raise red flags for the rest of the community. But all the same, there is a balance to be found: the more restrictions there are, the less opportunities the community has to grow further. Playing it low-key seems to have always worked so far, but as the regular contributors move on with their ever-busier lives, there's not much keeping the rest of the lurkers together.

I don't think I need to say it, but without a new consistent flow of input, the story site is on its last legs. Notice how nowadays the only thing that sees notable activity is the forum's talkbox, and even then it's a few voices being louder than others. I'm not saying this as criticism: it just saddens me this place isn't active as it used to be, and it also makes me regret not contributing earlier to keep the place alive.

... I think ya need to chill out a little, the talkbox is just there for people to have fun, so I don't see why you had to take a jab at it (let alone even mention it). I've been around for a while, or at least long enough to notice that every form of nyou has seen its dry-spell, and if your (for lack of better term) 'rant's'  goal is to seek the source of this low activity here's my take on it:

1. This isn't deviantart, only a couple people can draw, and only a couple more people can write, meaning your not gonna get activity every 24 hours, most likely we'll get something once a month if we're lucky (maybe longer since yarr is taking a well deserved vacation).
2. Everything produced from this board comes from an abundance of free time that the author/artists has, which is hard to find with school, work, friends, family, or any other obligations... orrr maybe even just something good on T.V.
3. Although one of this board's focuses are pics and fics, the main focus is just gathering like-minded individuals... and in that aspect I don't think we're low on activity at all, in fact I seem to see a new person on these forums every other day
4. Beggars can't be choosers enjoy what ya got... because I'm sure it's not a small amount

And personally, I don't think the art that originates from here should be separated in any way, art's not meant to be kept in a safe, but hung up on a wall for all to see... that's my opinion, but the opinion that truly matters is the artist himself. My advice to you is to just sit back, relax, and ask yourself instead of writing paragraph after paragraph on the forums about nyou's dry-spell couldn't you have taken that time and have written a story to try and fix the very activity problem you've been writing about?

Unfortunately I kind of agree with yarr, I'd defiantly recommend downloading it if you've never played it before, (everything is great when its new ) but its slightly disappointing. The biggest problem I have with it is the lack of variety in sound effects, I'm guessing but I think there's only 2 stomach growling sounds, 1 peeing sound, 1 maybe 2 farting sounds, and about 3 shitting sounds. For a game that's main focus is this kind of stuff, has paid voice actors, and a paid programing crew you'd think there would have been more effort put into this aspect of the game.

When you go through the right set of selections and get the hot mom in the elevator when she has to take a dump, and she mentions how hard it is to hold it and tries to hold a fart when a guy enters the elevator. He ends up anally raping her, telling her that it will help her hold it. Then she finally makes it to a toilet and right when I thought I'd get an orchestra of sound... I get what sounds like someone dropping a golf-ball in water...? That was truly the epitome of anticlimactic, and not only that but a similar scene happens with the super model when she releases into a toilet after taking the laxative. I remember a guy told her that he heard her from outside the bathroom (then raped her of coarse) and I was just thinking, 'man I wish I heard what that guy heard  rather then the golf-ball dropped into water...'
