pawn.se has a lead female character who farts constantly due to rations not agreeing with her, took a shit the last chapter, and is followed by a nude demonness who has a mutual crush on her but does not understand butts and the functioning thereof despite liking them. it's very well drawn

other than that the comic has no good points so it fits your bill.

the artist drew that picture of a giantess taking a dump in a castle tower. if he's done any other toilet stuff, though, i have not found it.
