May (from pokemon) needs to go (both 1 & 2) but everytime she gets to a bathroom
something prevents her from using it, and in the end she has an accident in front of
everybody. (also, it would be perferable if this takes place after ash left for sinnoh)
Whoever designed the colossal Megamart Department Store in <female character>'s town neglected to build enough restrooms in the store...and failed at elevator maintenance, too! With the elevator broken and the stairs rigged to the emergency alarms, a young woman ends up trapped two floors up from the little girls' room. She must think on her feet to relieve herself in creative ways: urinating into drains, leaving her puddles next to empty soda cans, and even pilfering from the diaper section, she eventually finds relief in a derelict dressing room where she pees/wets to her heart's content.

Basically a girl has to poop, but can't leave the place she's in (like a bake sale, cash register, etc). Either she herself, or a friend then helps her by pulling down her pants, and using napkins or towels to catch her poop as it emerges.

Using his all seeing Byakugan, Neji can see through the walls of the ladies bathrooms and spend the whole day happily watching girls relieve themselves.

I'm not very knowledgable on characters. Basically, for this, you need 2 characters from a series; 1 that's very shy and quiet and any other.
The story is, they go on a camping trip and the shy one soon needs to "go". However, the toilet facilities is just an outhouse with 2 holes next to each other, no partitions. The girl tries to hold it, but after 3 of the 5 days they are there she can't take it anymore and sneaks out at night to try and empty herself in privacy, but as she gets seated someone walks in.
Follow that guideline and you can't go wrong for this challenge. However, the girl must not be won over; she is as humiliated upon getting relief as she is for having to go in public to begin with. Just some extra notes: her crap will obviously hurt, since she's been holding it 3 days, but no exaggerated grunts because with her being so embarrassed about it she would be as quiet as she could. Also, you don't need to describe the preceeding days in detail, just mention that she's been holding it.
Oh, and yes, the other girl who comes also takes a crap.
Orihime invites Tatsuki over for breakfast one day before the girls go to school and talks her friend into trying one of her newly-developed dishes, which Tatsuki refuses to touch. Orihime, still hungry, decides to eat it all by hersel so that she doesn't waste anything, and the girls head to school. After arriving at the school, Orihime begins to complan about having stomach cramps While at school a warning goes out that the neighboring police staton has been chasing a criminal in the area and thinks that he might be in the area of the school. As a result, the teachers decide to lock the classrooms and keep the students inside. This proves bad for Orihime, who has started to suffer from a bout of diarreha caused by her food cocktale. Will Orihime be able to hold out until the alarm is over?

Something to do with Panty and Stocking holding in pee. Maybe a ghost has created a brand of drink that makes you need to pee really bad but stops you from taking of your clothes so your only options are to wet yourself or hold it and Panty and Stocking buy it because it says its sweet (for stocking) and sexual (for panty). You don't have to use that, anything similar is ok, even just a holding contest if you want. You can choose if they make it or not.
That's basically what it is. Try to think of a story of one of the girls in pokemon having to pee and something is keeping her from doing it.
Both needing to relieve their bowels, May and Jessie head towards the only toilet. After some argueing on who goes first they decide to settle it with a battle.
Its not easy to command a pokemon in battle when you gotta poop. But Jessie decides to play dirty and starts comanding her pokemon to stimulate May, such as punch her in the stomach or tickling her. But may has a few tricks up her sleeve.
