I have one complaint about the work. I think you're pretty good but you're constantly providing exact measurements of length, width, and time. "Then she did this for 10 minutes. The poop was 10 cm wide." This is a weird, sterile way of writing, and it's distracting. I'd recommend studying some of the more prominent writers here, like yarr and orpheumzero, to get some reference. I think you have potential, and if this was toned down in your writing it would significantly improve. I hope this helps.
