I'm only familiar with the barest bones of Starcraft's story, but the character work here is still pretty poignant.  I did not expect a story on here to make me feel things--er, emotional things.

Author's Response: Thanks alot! Means alot to hear you say that. Will continue to do my best!

Excellent story! I love Starcraft (tho I still need to play Heart of the Swarm) and anything with Sarah is awesome. Loved what you did with mentioning Jim too! Please continue writing Starcraft stories!

Author's Response: Sorry for the late reply but thanks so much for the encouragement!

While I have played little Starcraft, from what I know, I love this story, the descriptions are well done, if this was a multi chapter story, or more sequels. I would love it more

Author's Response: Sorry for the late reply, thanks alot for liking it. I conceived of this as a one shot to capture a particular moment, sorry it couldnt be a multi chapter thing. I might contribute a few more pieces either original or from other settings like warcraft, but they are all probably going to be one shots as well lol.

I love this story! You have done an excellent job capturing the very complicated and formidable character of Sarah Kerrigan, and you made her extremely sexy as well. Like you, I think the SC2 plotline was cheesy and lame and I am glad you found a good middleground to tell this story in. I really enjoyed starcraft and broodwar and I did not like how they dumbed down the plot for SC2. I think your concern of "too much infodump & show not tell" is unfounded, I thought you hit upon a good balance. After all, you can't really have a lot of dialogue between her and the mindless zerg. My only minor complaint is that I would have liked more farts and more descriptions of her scat, but you did an excellent job of describing how it made her feel. That part really did it for me. I also loved how you snuck Jimmy Raynor in there, haunting the corners of her memories, that was great. :-)

Author's Response: Thank you so much! Your words made me feel that it was totally worth writing this. I'm satisfied enough to know that there's a reader out there that this story was written for. I was struggling with how much of her defecation to write in without the whole thing veering into the ridiculous haha. Thanks again for the encouragement, and i hope you also enjoyed how i incorporated her actual ingame abilities, ensnare and consume into the story! Granted, i wilfully interpreted consume to be in its literal sense =p

Certainly an interesting story. Not often we get stories with non-human girls. At least ones that barely resemble a human anymore.

Author's Response: Thanks for the compliment! Her face and figure are still recognizably human and womanly, so there's definitely space for the erotic =)
