A cute concept, but feels very disjointed and confusing. For one, you should explain who the character is and what she's from, as there are some who might not recognize them, much less why they speak the way they do.
Furthermore, the pooping portion could be longer and more detailed. If this is the girl enjoying the "birth" of her load, it ought to be long and passionately worded about her love for defecation and the pleasure she's getting from week-old load.
