Kneesocks
Little sister of Scanty. Has blue hair, and a single horn on her forehead. Calmer than Scanty, but has a deep obsession with rules and order. Easily blushes, turning a lighter shade of red whenever excited. Her black kneesocks become the twin scythes Double Gold Spandex.
