In the manga, Wrath is Fuhrer King Bradley, the first human to become a homunculus via injection of a philosopher's stone into his body. Has incredible, super human level skill and is a master of all forms of combat. Hides his ouroboros left eye behind an eyepatch.
The 2003 version is Izumi Curtis' resurrected son.
