Rolo Lamperouge
An assassin who is assinged to be Lelouch's "little brother" in the second season (R2). Has the Geass power to seemingly teleport, but instead causes a delayed sense of time for those caught within the field of his power, thus accomplishing a sense of time freezing. Develops a great fondness for his "brother" Lelouch, who merely sees Rolo as a means to an end.
