Eldest child of the Armstrong family and Major Armstrong's big sister. Despite the blood relation, she is actually quite the opposite of her brother (both physically and personality wise).
Only shown in the manga/2009 series, where she leads the Northern forces of Briggs, a mountain stronghold that defends Amestris from it's enemy nation of Drachma. Her cold nature earned her the titles of "Northern Wall of Briggs" and "Ice Queen"
To put it simply, she is slightly scarier than Izumi. Although both are very deadly. o_o;;
