AnoHana challenge. Anaru's name makes her an easy target for this sort of thing. The challenge is to write a story where she has a bad case of gas in the clubhouse. Tsuruko and Menma should be there (Menma can't be seen, of course). The story ends with Anaru defecating and urinating in the woods.

Summary: After attempting a spell to become an animal an unfortunate young lady (of your choosing) find that while hasn't turned into an animal she is forced to have the bowels/bladder of several animals for several days. One day she might piss like a racehorse, another she might have to take an elephantine dump. Another she might have uncontrollable marble sized poops like a rabbit etc etc.

Summary: In Japanese folklore there is a creature called the Futakuchi-onna, a seemingly normal person (usually a woman) who is cursed with a magical second mouth (usually on the back of the head). They secretly go on eating binges, while living otherwise normal lives. Like Werewolves, there's a multiple personality aspect to the creature: Even they can be unaware of their curse and the double life they're living. Imagine an attractive, sensible-eating young woman who can't understand why she drops big loads every day. She hires someone to spy on her, and they out find that at night she turns into a two-mouthed creature with a lust for food, then wakes up as a normal woman who has to live with the consequences of all that eating. Or maybe she has a poor tolerance for spicy food, but that's what her second mouth craves. Then instead of being the quantity of the food that upsets her digestion, it's the intense spiciness. Diarrhea, desperation, and possibly accidents would occur before the problem was discovered. Ultimately the curse would somehow be removed and she'd become normal.

I want to see if anyone on this site can design a story of the world turning upside down, with only a small glimmer of hope for humanity.

Examples:

• An intelligent alien species has descended upon our world.  A small group of kids hold mankind's last hope.  Can they save the Earth from certain destruction?
• The gods have been angered and intend to bring Judgment upon us.  But one man seems to have evaded their wrath.  Can he bring peace to the world once again?

It doesn't have to be an original story, nor do the characters, but put some thought into it regardless.

Summary: The bulletin board at an workplace (or school or whatever) has a posting for a company peeing contest on April 1. It's obviously an April Fool's joke. Good for a few chuckles, right? Well one employee doesn't get the joke (possibly because she's foreign) and shows up at the time and place with a full bladder, disappointed that she has no one to compete with. From there you can take the story wherever you like.

Summary: LivingInfinite pointed out that Lightning's armor in the upcoming game has a skirt and panties, whereas most of the armor in Final Fantasy games provides full coverage of the pelvic region. Suppose there's a reason for this. This challenge is to explain it. The story should begin with Lightning wearing regular armor. She has accidents because it takes her too long to get it off to relieve herself. After a couple accidents, she decides to switch to different armor that will allow her to simply lift her skirt and pull her panties down. This may cause her to get made fun of, or even have her vulnerable bottom wounded.

Summary: Asuka is constipated for days, and one of the other characters kindly gives her a bottle of laxative pills and advises her to take one. She does, but it only allows her to get rid of a small fraction of the load in her bowels. So she gets impatient and takes the rest of the pills in the bottle the next day. They have absolutely zero effect until she's out in her plug suit, at which point she suddenly has an active volcano between her cheeks.  I think this is a good way to get both constipation and diarrhea into an Evangelion fic.

Summary: Stuck in traffic, a group of girls are suddenly hit with the need to urinate. But when the driver fills up the only bottle in the car, her passengers find their only reiief is in the form of a large towel in the backseat. They must pass around the single towel and relieve themselves little by little into it (or it'll flood), sitting in each other's wet spots and having to deal with using the bathroom right next to each other. Naturally, they end up fighting over how much of the towel one person used, if someone is too shy to go, how much more can the towel hold, etc.

Summary: A woman, who is training to be part of some warrior sect, undergoes a test. She is told to guard a certain thing from dusk until dawn, never sitting down or taking a break for food, water, or restrooms. She does. In the morning she learns, amid the laughter of her colleagues, that the real test was to tell that her sensei was lying when he gave her this ridiculous assignment. She failed. She is in fact the first person in the history of this institution to actually forego resting, eating, drinking, and other bodily functions in order to carry out this fake order. This could be a wetting story, a messing story, or just a desperation story, and could probably be fit into a number of animé or games.

Summary: Ok this isnt a challenge it's a suggestion for rainbow that he might like. Elizabeth in bioshock infinite lived alone in a tower since she was little, so she wasn't potty trained. She thinks pooping her diaper is normal, and might not even bother to change it until it is WAY to full. / alternate thing, she because of tears and some random plot stuff, she now poops for multiple realities of her, basically making her have to go every few minutes. Just ideas. You are probably lost if you haven't played the game but if you have you know what I'm talking about.

Summary: A girl is infused with bird qualities, thanks to magic or technology. This allows her to transform into a bird and fly great distances. This could be advantageous if she lives in a setting where transportation is poor, like say Europe in the Middle Ages. But her abilities also come with some side effects. Even when she's not in bird form she's compelled to eat gravel, like some birds do. Also, like a bird, she's captivated by shiny trinkets. This behavior leads to her stealing and eating something valuable. It could be a magical amulet, a wedding ring, the contents of a pirate chest, or maybe her own life savings. This sets up a poop-centered plot.

Summary: In a world where everyone discreetly does their business in diapers with all the politeness of saying "excuse me" while they go, one girl has a thing for holding her waste in to keep herself as clean as possible. To that extent, she'll slip off her diaper when no one is looking to do her business on the ground or into a container, and even dare to walk around without a diaper for the sheer rush of it. When she hears about a rare fetish called "toilet training", where participants wear a thin cotton "panty" instead of a diaper and strive to hold their pee and poop in long enough to empty it all at once into a "potty," she resolves to try it out for herself...

Summary: This could work for any tough female character who is some kind of fighter, bounty hunter, policewoman, or other action hero type. She participates in a tense and terrifying battle with a brimming full bladder. It's a situation where many ordinary women would wet themselves, but she never loses control, or lets anyone know she has to go. But when she goes home, the story takes an ironic twist. Her roommate (or boyfriend, friend etc.) tickles her, or maybe just sneaks up and startles her. Whatever the case, they mean no harm, but they catch our tough heroine off-guard, and she wets herself and is humiliated.

Summary: Oolong is angry at Bulma for giving him a laxative(that actually happened in the series not sure what ep.) He shapeshifts into a man and pretends to be a medical supply inspector and goes to  a pharmacy and says he needs to test there strongest laxative. Once he gets the laxative he says he wants to cook bulma a meal as a sign of friendship and when she accepts his offer he puts the entire bottle of laxatives in the food he makes and she eats all of it. The next morning she starts to feel the effects and after a  few hours on the trail she runs into the woods and has diarrhea in a bush or something

Summary: Fed up with C.C. constatly escaping from his room in order to explore the campus, Lelouch decides it would be easier for him to just have her enroll.  C.C., eager to see what it's like to be a regular student, agrees to the idea and, after some hacking and a few liberal uses of Geass, enrolls into the school the following week.  Unfortunately, C.C. did not realize that being a student meant you had limited bathroom breaks; a fact which she finds out the hard way after putting off going to the bathroom for too long.

Summary: A girl takes cosplay pics of herself as a damsel in distress using the stone wall in her family's basement as a backdrop. She even takes a timer-photo of herself locked in an ankle bracelet (an antique her dad plans to sell). It's so rusty she can't open it up and is trapped with her cell phone just out of reach. Someone happens upon her a few hours later. She wants him to get her out and never tell anybody this happened (because she's embarrassed by her own stupidity and because the antique might have to be ruined to free her). He loves seeing her powerless because she's normally pretty controlling. He lets her out, but not before lots and lots of teasing (which only intensifies once he notices she needs the bathroom). Maybe he frees her just in time to save her princess panties. Maybe she wets before she's free. Maybe he offers her an antique chamber pot as a joke and she's so desperate she actually uses it. These things are up to the writer.

Summary:

A fantasy story about a young woman who wishes for riches.  Her wish is granted in a way she never expected: Every time she takes a dump, gold and jewels come out.  She becomes wealthy but is terribly afraid of anyone learning her humiliating secret (not to mention the discomfort she experiences during each bowel movement).  This story is about her quest to remove the spell, and about a man who is determined to learn the secret of her inexplicable wealth.  He eventually spies on her and ends up helping her break the spell.

Summary: Right in the middle of a physical exam (or what have you) at the doctor's office, a female patient is suddenly overcome with the need to relieve herself, but tries to hold it until she starts leaking and/or farting right in front of the doctor, right into her exposed undies (because she's in a medical gown, (un)dressing, lying down while being examined "down there," etc.). Either she admits she has to go or the doctor embarassingly points out her situation, which then leads into how she could possibly relieve herself mid-exam. She asks for a bedpan or some kind of container, but the clinic has no such hospital-level materials, and the doctor brings her a diaper instead. Whether or not she relieves herself in private and whether or not the doctor continues the exam while she tries to use or not use the garment, is up to you. The diaper need not be an adult one if the doctor takes it from, say, the pediatric wing of the clinic.
