The Long Day at Quark by packrat
Summary:

Maria has to go to the bathroom (whether it's pee, poop, or both is up to the author), but her busy schedule as the leader of Quark keeps her from getting a chance to relieve herself.  With each report, meeting, and crew member she runs into, she gets even more desperate.  When she finally gets what seems to be a break in the action, she goes to her room only to realize she can't find her keycard, which means she can't enter her room (let alone use the toilet).  Desperate for relief, Maria is left with two choices:

1. hold it in and look for her missing keycard.

2. swallow her pride and ask to use another crew member's toilet.
