Tunnel Trouble by Jimmy Olsen

Summary: Two characters have to squeeze through a long and narrow tunnel to escape certain death. Unfortunately the one in front has been having intestinal trouble, and squirming through this tunnel puts unwanted pressure on her tummy, causing her to poop her panties. This is very embarrassing for her, and very unpleasant for the character bringing up the rear.
