Summary: A character enters into a health program that offers to help improve her continence by teaching exercises to strengthen her hold, strategies to stay dry, and what to do if she can't. For the final exam, she must come to class already "full", or is told to take a diuretic/laxative beforehand. To pass, she must wear a diaper and keep it clean throughout the majority of a simulated social situation, with the teacher acting like a job interviewer or a passenger in a car.
