A girl, or young woman, is on a date at a fancy restaurant. She's all dolled up in her nicest dress, and the couple is having a nice romantic dinner. But, something's wrong with this picture. A strange rumbling feeling in her pit of her stomach - she has to poop.
The basic idea is there, make of it what you will. Perhaps just a desperation story, where she holds it in despite the discomfort, and then finds relief when she's perched on her own private toilet. Maybe she goes at the restaurant, and is mortified that her date would find out. Or maybe a messing story, where she tries to hold it, and ends up ruining her dress and her perfect evening.
