I thought it was outstanding. It's been a while since I spun up my copy of DQ VIII but you really nailed the characters from what I can remember. Even Yangus' Huckleberry Finn dialect.

And you captured the spirit of those pictures exactly. Even though this story was light on the plot, it's nice to have some backstory for those pics and I don't think I'll ever look at 'em again without thinking of your story.

I always figured that this kind of scenario would be the most likely, or at least something with Jessica getting desperate, taking off into the woods and pooping herself big time. Though I also hope this will inspire Aluru to make another sequel to his two DQ8 stories. ^__^

This is another story I'm going to have to label "fun, but insubstantial." The story being brief and nearly plotless, but there are things about it to enjoy. The part with Jessica pretending to stumble and Angelo's reaction is funny, and your descriptions are good. "Her panties, once a pristine cottony white, now featured an incriminating brown stain the size of a plate, with a lumpy 'mud hill' in the center," stands out in particular. Accepting the fact that this is a scene and not a story, my only complaint is that you seem to confuse "its" and "it's."

I've never played this game (surprise), but I have seen guides for it so I know what the characters look like and I feel like I know them just from the other stories here. I do know enough general D.Q. stuff to predict what would happen when they tried to open the chest for example.

I'm not a big accident fan, but you did capture those pics. very well. Sometime I would like to see one based around that other famous shot of her squatting in a clearing to take a massive dump and a huge piss at the same time.

This story really captures the "medieval atmosphere" and funny characters from the earlier Jessica fics. (and so I assume the game too) even as short as it is.

Speaking of earlier D.Q. stories, dose anyone know what happened to Aluru? He wrote some great stuff and was a fun person to talk to on the forum. His YouTube account still exists and he added a new favorite two months ago but I'm not signed up there so I can't message him. The last time he was around was right before the FBI busted Anon, so I hope he didn't get scared away for life. Even if he doesn't want to wright or chat anymore, it would be nice to know he's ok.
