Neat story, but it feels short. For one, it just sort of starts off with them in the midst of desperation when some extra build up could have worked, especially since you have them mention bad noodles. Though this also begs the question of why Ino would have massive, constipated logs, while Sakura is practically shitting water.
Furthermore, may want to reword the part about Ino's last turd. You make it sound kind of gory like her anus has torn apart, but yet she's not in need of medical attention for it. And I would say include more banter with the two so their bonding session feels more intimate.
Author's Response: Than you very much for the review and feedback. You are right in retrospect that 'in medias res' for this story failed and it would work better to build up the tension and let the dump be the 'release' as it were. In regards to the shitting itself, I don't like having two characters with similar motions, I will need to experiment further but I am interested in what you'd have to say on the matter. Finally, I'll work on getting the specifics defined more precisely. I have no issue with 'giga'-turds, but it may be better to at least make a note how she's surviving?
