Hospital Humiliation by

Summary: A girl with a tendency toward large bowel movements (possibly Sakura from the "Street Fighter" universe) sustains an injury and is bedridden in a hospital while she heals up.
She doesn't mind having to use a bedpan for peeing, but when she finally feels the need to purge her bowels she wants the privacy of a restroom (preferably an empty one with thick walls and air freshener). So when the urge hits her, she pages a nurse to help her get to the restroom. But the doctor gave strict orders for her to stay in bed, and the nurse can't be persuaded. So the unfortunate girl is forced to use the bedpan for her solid waste while the unfortunate nurse stands by. She ends up filling it up, and the nurse has to take it to be emptied and bring her a new one (possibly more than once), and has to wipe her since she's unable to do that herself.
This is hard on the nurse, since she's overworked and restroom-break-deprived, and all this exposure to feces is making it even harder to take her mind off the load she needs to drop the next time she's afforded a spare moment. And so after the girl's humiliating saga is over, the nurse is uncontrollably desperate herself. Moments away from ruining her cute little uniform, she uses a trip to a supply closet as an opportunity to empty her own bowels into a bedpan with no one being the wiser.
You don't have to follow this plot to the letter, but I think a story along these lines would be fun.
